site statistics
You've noticed that search engines such as Google often pull us
up at the top of the list for searches on microwave-related keywords.
Why? Because there is no other web site that offers the content
that we do. Engineers who visit our site do so regularly, and they
tell their friends. We're currently pulling over 3,000 page views
per day, which translates into many thousands of visitors each month
searching for microwave engineering information. Many of them are
eager to buy microwave products such as yours! We are experiencing
exponential growth in visits, because we are dedicated to adding
and refining content almost every day.
Microwaves101 does not allow
popup windows to advertiser web sites--studies show notoriously
poor end-results with this type of advertisement. Plus, we hate
that stuff. Instead, we want to build a partnership with microwave
vendors who can help our target audience of microwave engineers.
We'll work with you to provide inline text that links to appropriate
pages within your site, so we'll be able to provide better information
to our audience, and you'll get higher quality click-throughs.
As of September 2004, there are
three ways you or your company can achieve fame or fortune by becoming
a Microwaves101 client:
| Technical
Contributor: |
Contribute content
for one of our Encyclopedia pages, and we'll give your company
(and you) credit for the information, whether you sponsor the
page that it's on or not, for as long as we use the material.
If we post your contributed photo, our caption will include
the phrase "courtesy of (your name) from (your company)",
or you can remain anonymous if you like. To become a Technical
Contributor, you must grant us permission to post your work,
and authorize us to edit your content to fit the unique Microwaves101
style. If we agree to it beforehand, we'll actually pay you
for your content! For example, check out our Smith
Chart page. |

For a low monthly
rate (contact us),
we'll place a banner link to your site from within our Encyclopedia,
and include a short description of what you have to offer engineers
who click your link. You can choose which page your link appears
on, but note that there may be other vendors appearing on the
same page, unless you are willing to pay extra for exclusive
sponsorship. Additional ads can be placed on other pages of
the Encyclopedia at reduced prices depending on total number
of advertised pages. Note that rates are subject to change each
time you renew your contract. You can sign up for six months,
one year or eighteen months, paid in advance by check or PayPal.
Sponsors also receive a link from our Virtual Lobby, which may
include a banner advertisement. |

from other vendor links and ads, it's your private page for
as long as you keep renewing sponsorship. Note that rates are
