...I have a recollection of a theorem stating that, if in a passive system a conjugate match exists at any interface, then a conjugate match must simultaneously exist at all other interfaces. Does this sound familiar? Can you direct me to an elegant mathematical proof of this?

Is there also a generalised theorem concerning multiple feedback loops in microwave systems – Mason’s Rule?

I believe the proposed theorem is false. This seems to be a counterexample.
