April 2005 Press Release

Microwaves101 buys TriQuint Semiconductor

TUCSON, Arizona., April 1, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) Microwaves101.com, the upstart microwave learning institution that has set the microwave world abuzz for several years, announced today that they have reached an agreement to purchase TriQuint Semiconductor (TQNT) for cash deal of $83M, or just under one dollar per share. "I always knew TriQuint was a penny stock, it was just a matter of time" stated the Unknown Editor, spokesperson for Microwaves101.com. Asked if he has any plans for TriQuint, the UE responded, "Well, I don't care so much about the Oregon Facility, but it's pink-slip blizzard time for everybody in Texas. Nothing good has come out of Texas since Janis Joplin in 1943. Those Lone-star Dudes should have lost their jobs to Korea a long time ago. We're in discussions with K-B homes to maximize the value of the property, we'll level the buildings after we hold a paint-ball tournament this weekend, maybe use some six-inch wafers for target practice. Hope those good-old MMIC cowboys can take a joke!" Asked why he wears a bag on his head, he explained "this is a necessary burden of being a super-model, ugly guys like you wouldn't understand."
