Only recently have spectrum anayzers been ablw to reach the millimeterwave domain, owing to the advent of harmonic mixer technology.
N9030B can reach 50 GHz without external mixers. It is beyond a spectrum anayzer, that's probably why they call it a "signal analyzer". YOu know it is something special when Keysight asks for your information before they pupply a quote!
