Here is a link to a toroid inductance calculator

Short cut: manufacturers often give a value for "AL" of a toroid, which is the inductance per turn squared. It teh inductrance units can be in nanoHenries for example. If you have an AL value of 4 and you want 400 nH inductor, you need to wrap it with 10 turns of wire
Inductance = AL x N^2 = 4 x 10^2=400
